So the other week we took the family camping at a place called Payson Lakes. It was supposed to be a ward campout, but at the last minute (literally, we found out the morning of...) the ward ended up cancelling for lack of interest. This meant that we had the whole group campground to ourselves!
My brother ended up going with us, so the five of us (we took Oakley with us on this one) set out for a weekend overnighter.
We went fishing and Alyssa had a blast. I caught a fish and the first think Alyssa wanted to do was "touch the fish!"
We spent the entire Saturday enjoying the weather in the mountains and spending time together. My brother has been fishing all summer and made sure to let me know that he was the better fisherman. We had so much fun that it didn’t matter who caught the most fish; but, just to rub it in…Bryce 4, Jeremy 0. (In all fairness, they were too small to want to keep, so we released them all.)

What an exciting summer you have had. Isn't it wonderful living close enough to enjoy your cabin so often. I can't believe how big Alyssa is getting. What a doll. I am sure you are getting ready for that new little one, too!
